Distance to venue.
If your party venue is within 20 miles of Churchdown, no extra charge. This will be calculated using SatNav. If it is more, then £1.00 per extra mile is payable.
Conditions of hire. Outside venues. If you are holding an outside event, my decision is final as to the weather conditions. This is for the safety of your guests and electrical safety. Safety is paramount. If I feel there is insufficient adult supervision for the amount of children, I will not entertain your party guests. Though any outstanding charges will be paid in full. I recommend that a first aid kit be present at every party. I have never needed one, but there is always a first time. You (the hirer) are responsible for all your guests at all times. I will do my utmost to ensure your party is conducted safely and professionally. If you feel that any of your guest are in danger, you must inform me immediately. Childrens Party Solutions and any operator working for, or on behalf of Childrens Party Solutions will not be responsible for any damage caused to buildings , or any part of the venue. Disco lights. You (the hirer) are responsible for the wellbeing of your guests. If disco lights are requested, it is your responsibility to ensure that none of your guests have Photo sensitive epilepsy, or other ailments triggered by flashing or moving lights. If children under 3yrs are attending, please ensure they are closely supervised at all times by a responsible person. Venue. Please ensure you have read and understood the terms of hire. Please pay special attention to fire exits. Keeping fire doors clear at all times. If there is a fire, I will help as much as possible, though it is your responsibility to ensure all guest are accounted for. Finally and thankfully. I have never needed to enforce any of the above conditions as most of them are common sense. Thank you for reading them. I look forward to a safe, fun packed party with you. |
